High West Rocky Mountain Rye 16 Year Old

This limited release is an intensely “ryed” blend of straight rye whiskey because the components in this whiskey have a high rye mash bill. This gem is best enjoyed alone or with a little water, or with discerning friends, or good-looking strangers. As always High West does not chill filter. We prefer to retain the whiskey’s natural oils that contribute flavor, texture, and a lingering finish we really enjoy.
