Dogfish Head Whiskey Alternate Takes Vol. 3

In the analog age of music, artists recorded take after take, experimenting with alternate sounds until a great record emerged. For this take, we harvested our Whiskey & finished it in our own freshly emptied Apple Brandy barrels as well as Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider barrels.

Enjoy aromas of warming cinnamon & wildflower honey with a taste of fresh green apples, buttery dry oak chardonnay & roasted chestnut.
