Starlight Distillery Bourbon Finished in Scottish Ale Barrels

Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred American oak, this bourbon is finished in a used Scottish Ale Barrel. This finish adds notes of caramel, sweet malt, and light peat aromas that complement the characteristic flavors of our Carl T blend.
