Hendrick’s Oasium is the latest addition to the Cabinet of Curiosities, a collection of experimental gins crafted by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. This one takes inspiration from a desert oasis, where Gracie, after an unexpected game of camel polo, found herself surrounded by fragrant herbs and ripe fruits. The result is a gin that’s bright, aromatic, and just a little surreal—like stumbling upon a hidden paradise in the sand. Bottled at 43.4% ABV, it’s best enjoyed with cucumber and soda for a refreshingly curious escape.
