We have a special spot in our hearts for our roasted blue corn new make filled into casks we receive from our neighbors in Mexico. The complimentary profiles accentuate the mineralogy and delicate oily maize with salty citrus notes from the agave. It has been a long wait for us but we are thrilled Big Baby is now ready to share.
