Our hand-selected premium bourbon is placed into our partner’s barrels then aged in our richhouses to mature into the finest one-of-a-kind release.

Savor the latest addition to this innovative series with Goose Island Brewing Company. We take 12-year-old Kentucky Bourbon and finish it in Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Barrels for 13 months, creating decadent flavors of cocoa and baked cherry highlighted by vanilla cream.
