Housed on the former site of the historic Old Taylor Distillery, CASTLE & KEY is a testament to reinvention. Among these turreted ruins, we built a distillery for the modern age, inspired by the glorious past of Kentucky bourbon and dedication to its bright future. Every drop of this spirit is made within the castle walls, crafted with care, from still to barrel to bottle.

Our Wheated Bourbon is distilled with the utmost regard for our soft white winter wheat. Blended and bottled without dilution, it is masterfully crafted to be bold, balanced, and vibrant, for a sipping experience that demands to be enjoyed slowly and repeatedly.
