Part 1 of 3 of our Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon. French brandies are the birthplace of modern distillation and an inspiration for many of the spirits we produce. Cognac casks bring flavors of pepper, raisin, earth, nuts, and citrus. These cognac notes really bond with the base of this whiskey, our own thirty-six twenty-one blender’s cut.
