Tasting Notes

Nose: Distinctly citric to open; decidedly dulcet, warming to a Highland honey and malt quality

Palate: More malt plus a spiced medley with gentle oak, maple syrup, vanilla and more honey

Finish: Now changes to vanilla up front, plus a late all encapsulating hot toddy style warmth
