TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sweet as it opens, with a lemon posset style developing among some late marzipan

Palate: Dulcet above all, showing a later chili chocolate Character, with burnt meringue and malted notes

Finish: A general amalgam of all the preceding, with focus on the late zest of barley and citrus
