Every precious drop is triple distilled at the shed distillery of PJ Rigney with Irish Malted Barely & Matured in Kentucky Bourbon Casks.

Nose: A wealth of golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and roasted toffee.

Palate: A delicious balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by a warmth of spice to excite the palate.

Finish: An elegant lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness.
