This limited edition unseated 12-year-old single malt whisky has been matured exclusively in the finest bourbon barrels before an eight-month finish in Palo Cortado sherry casks – a rare choice of woof almost as special as mermaids. The character is sweet and nutty with subtle maritime nuances, bracing Atlantic sea breeze notes on the nose and a signature Glen Scotia saltiness on the palate.
