Loch Lomond Lee Westwood 2nd Edition

The cask chosen for the second single cask release is a refill Bourbon Barrel. The cask was filled with unpeated spirit distilled on the 23rd of January 1995 in our unique straight next pot stills. This result is an exceptional cask with the underlying fruit-driven character of the Loch Lomond Distillery very much in evidence.

Tasting Notes: Beautiful depth of flavor, orchard fruit of apple and pear with toasted oak. There is a creamy vanilla fudge sweetness, freshly squeezed lime juice, and pineapple with juicy green fruit and warming cinnamon spice on the finish.
