Milpa Whiskey is a tribute to the corn’s birthplace: the Tehuacán Valley, located a few kilometers from our distillery, where the modern corn was domesticated 9,000 years ago.

The malted process gives to our blue corn a unique profile. Milpa AMBAR, is aged for 3 years in American oak.
