Old Dominick This is Nuts Oak Beer Barrel Finished Straight Bourbon

There are a lot of things I love about being a distiller, but two that get me excited are innovation and collaboration. And it is these two things that led to this unique beer-barrel-finished bourbon. My friends over at Meddlesome Brewing have been asking for used bourbon barrels for months, and when they finally got them, they took it to the next level. Their This Is Nuts Porter has strong dark chocolate notes, which pairs beautifully with the sweet but spicy notes of our Huling Station Bourbon. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
