Penelope Bourbon Founders Reserve showcases rare and unique barrels we were fortunate to find. The second release highlights a collection of Light Whiskey barrels distilled from corn at Seagrams Indiana in 2007. Aged in 2nd fill oak barrels, this amazing spirit brings our savory vanilla notes with hints of cinnamon and creme brûlée.
