Rubicon Creek has a history as old as Dayton itself. The original stream that D.C. Cooper set up shop to begin his distilling in 1799 later became the land on which John H. Patterson built an empire. This may be lost to the history books, but its legacy and spirit live on through our spirits. Our distillers finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Straight Rye Whiskey in fresh Colombian Rum barrels.
