We aged our 4-year-old straight rye whiskey for an additional 4 years in an ex-albariño wine cask from Maryland’s Boordy Vineyards. This whiskey features floral honey, crisp green apples, white peppercorns, and a subtle salinity. Notes of vanilla custard, dark chocolate, and dried pineapple intermingle with the classic spice profile of our signature whiskey, leading to a long, dry, floral finish.
