SGD Conviction Cognac Cask

Cognac XO, from Charente-Maritime, in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region in the Southwestern coast of France, is fermented from white grapes, twice-distilled in copper pots, and aged in Limousin French Oak casks. After aging Cognac for 25 years, one of those casks has been filled with Conviction Straight Bourbon Whiskey, infusing the bourbon with dark, dried fruit notes and a layered complexity and richness that have made Cognac XO a definitive spirit.
