Starlight Bourbon Finished in Beer Barrels

Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a beer barrel. This beer barrel provides notes of cocoa, malt, and caramel to complement the vanilla, rye spice, and fruit of our Carl T. Blend.
