Airstream is adding its first Ram Promaster-based — and most affordable — RV with the Rangeline. The Rangeline uses the Prostar 3500 chassis, powered by Chrysler’s Pentastar V6 with nine-speed automatic transmission in a front-wheel-drive configuration. Airstream made the most of the Rangeline’s 21 feet in length, with space to sleep two adults (or four with an optional pop-up top) and a wet bath with shower and toilet. The front seats swivel to face a foldaway table, and the kitchenette appliances are all electrically powered. A hydronic heating and hot water system draw fuel from the gas tank. Storage comes in the form of an L-track system and MOLLE panels on the rear doors. The Rangeline is available to order now, with deliveries starting in the coming weeks.
