For the first time in over 60 years, Aston Martin is back on the Formula One grid. This is a reason to celebrate, and Aston Martin is marking the occasion with the Vantage F1 Edition. Engineers have tuned the twin-turbo V8 to make 25 more horsepower, up to 527. To take advantage of the increased power, the gearbox has been remapped for reduced shift times, and the chassis has been strengthened and tuned for more responsive handling. 21-inch wheels and an aero package that increases downforce by over 440 pounds versus the standard Vantage make sure the increased performance gets to the road. The Vantage F1 Edition can be purchased now with deliveries starting in May 2021.
