After purchasing it in 2006, Nicolas Cage has listed his private island in The Bahamas. The 30-acre Leaf Cay is situated in the island chain of Exume and remains completely undeveloped. It features three pristine beaches, protected deep water access for anchoring yachts, and a small pod that has already been cleared to turn into a private marina. The property is also approved to construct five cottages and support buildings.
