Bentley’s driver-focused “S” trim arrives for the Flying Spur, and for the first time ever, a hybrid powertrain is available for the ultra-luxury sedan. The Flying Spur S can be had with either a 4-liter, twin-turbo 542 horsepower V8 or a 2.9-liter V6 hybrid making 536 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. The V6 hybrid carries the big Bentley from 0-60 in 4.1 seconds and has an all-electric range of 26 miles, along with seamless power delivery thanks to the electric motor. The Flying Spur S gets blacked-out brightwork and 22-inch wheels in either gloss black or Pale Brodgar satin, along with a 21-inch wheel option and standard red brake calipers. A two-tone interior in Dinamica and leather give the cabin a sporting feel, along with “S” badging and illuminated treadplates.
