German custom motorcycle shop Crooked Motorcycles took the inspiration for this 1986 BMW K100 — dubbed “Nightcrawler” — from the legendary F-117 Nighthawk airplane. The most striking feature is the tank that mimics the F-117’s faceted design. The tank was designed in 3D software before being laser-cut from steel and then welded together — a painstaking process. Custom CNC’d triple trees carry a modern inverted front fork, while a custom rear subframe holds a hand-stitched seat. A Motogadget display and carbon fiber exhaust complement the all-black build with a touch of modern tech on this vintage BMW.
