PICKMAN XR ELECTRIC MINI-TRUCK

California-based Pickman has successfully crowdfunded its new electric mini-truck, the XR. The small, non-street legal 4×4 uses two electric motors on each axle and goes 50 miles on a full charge, while 90 and 130-mile battery upgrades are available. The XR is 141.7 inches long, 58.9 inches wide, and stands 72.6 inches high, with a payload capacity of 1,323 pounds. The four-door 4XR model is slightly longer and heavier while seating four people. Maximum speed is 50 MPH, with three selectable modes — four-wheel high, low, and a two-wheel-drive setting that allows for hitting the max speed. Other options are air conditioning, towing package, and a 5kW portable power station.
