Bull Run Rye Finished in Clay Amphora

We make Arak from Oregon Pinot Noir and Syrian Anise Seed. Then let it rest in traditional clay amphora. We were inspired to refill the amphora with rye whiskey to see how well it would absorb the subtle anise notes from the Arak.
