New Riff Aroostook Bottled in Bond Malted Rye Whiskey

We sourced this exceptionally rare malted rye whiskey from a local maltier, who had run across a special parcel of Kentucky-grown Aroostook Rye. He offered to malt it for us, and we said yes! yes! yes! The resultant flavor, from both the Aroostook varietal and the Kentucky terrier is markedly different from our standard malted rye.
