Sagamore Mezcal Cask Finish Rye Whiskey

Our 6-year-old straight rye whiskey was aged for over 2 years in an ex-reposado mezcal barrel to create this rare pairing. Aromas of peppery syrup and mesquite evolve into floral smoke, earthy cacao, and subtle green peppers. Notes of pineapple, papaya, freshly cracked pepper, agave nectar, and a distinct nuttiness are layered over the classic spice profile of our signature whiskey. This culminates in a refined, lingering finish with a dry, subtle sweetness.
