Starlight Bourbon Finished in Blueberry Port Barrels

Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a used Calvados barrel for an additional 3-8 months. This finish provides notes of crisp apple and fresh flowers that complement the characteristic flavor of this Carl T.
