Starlight Bourbon Finished in Spanish Brandy Barrels

Carl T. Is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a Spanish Brandy barrel. The finish provides soft and sweet fruit characteristics to complement the rye spice, wood sugars, and fruit of our Carl T. Blend.
