Starlight Old Rickhouse PX Sherry Barrel Rye

Our small batch signature rye blend ages in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. This carefully crafted blend is then transferred into a PX Sherry barrel for an additional 3-8 months of aging. This finish provides notes of dried cherry and candied fruit to compliment the sweet, rye spice of the whiskey.
