Stellum Red Fox Sparrow Bourbon

This winter blend has a core Stellum profile, highlighted by an addition of barrels distilled in Indiana. It was aged in the northern U.S., bringing a bright, sweet, and chalky streak of flavor not usually found in that type of barrel. It’s named for the Red Fox Sparrow, a bird that winters in Kentucky but is raised, like these barrels, farther north.
