Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem, and Amoroso Sherry casks. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.

Morello cherries and dates, elevated with notes of candied Seville orange, fresh figs, and light cacao

Rich plum complemented by moist ginger cake, roast chestnut, and soft wood spice
