The Lab at Real Mccoy Spirits is a small-batch, craft distillery dedicated to traditional production methods including open-top wooden fermentation, a double-retort copper pot still, and a variety of oak barrels for fine maturation. Experimentation through historical methods allows us to create incredibly rare and unique spirits.
