Walker Woodfill Distillers Select presents our first finished release, combining maple syrup’s complexity with rye whiskey’s spiciness. Maple syrup from Vermont was aged in our rye whiskey barrels. After removing the syrup, the barrels were returned and filled with 5-year-old rye whiskey, then aged 6 months. Enjoy the unique pairing.
