Planned by a group of vacation rental vets and situated just 25 minutes from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Nomad’s Pad is an Indiegogo campaign promising a unique clamping experience. The 20-acre property will be home to 10 off-grid, temperature-controlled glass pyramids offering unfettered views of the night sky and smart glass for daytime privacy. Each accommodation will also include a private bathroom, shower, hotter, fire-it, and outdoor relaxation area, with amenities such as yoga, a food truck, cocktail service, and outdoor movies available on site. The project is permit-ready and expects to begin welcoming visitors in Fall 2021.
