After debuting in 2019, the Anthenea is about to set sail. The floating eco-pods inspired by the 1977 Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me will make their way across the globe as luxury condos. Ideal for sea-faring nomads, the marine habitats, designed by naval architect Jean-Michel Duacancelle, are made to be completely autonomous, featuring solar panels, a saltwater filtration setup, and a waster treatment system. Each interior includes a wet bar, lounge, and a master bedroom with a circular soaking tub, all wrapped in 360-degree views. On the upper level, the roof pops open to reveal a solarium and bar with seating for 12. The company is ready to start taking orders in June and plans to deliver in early 2022.
