Its living spaces are on the main floor and consist of a great room, kitchen, dining, and living area with with views of the bay. The interior also offers a gym on the lower level and bedrooms on the upper, including a primary suite with an office overlooking the water. One the exterior, a terrace leads to a 16 by 32 foot heated Gunite pool, and down to a private dock. To get your toes in the sand, the closest beach is about 20 seconds away.
