UK-based manufacturer introduces the world’s first truly private helicopter. The Hill HX50 is tailored to owners, combining performance, safety, and ease of flying into one sleek, flying machine. Its five-person cabin is crafted with luxury in mind offering plush leather seating, two 15-inch glass instrument panels with an iPad in the center, and panoramic windows to immerse riders in the scenery, while its controls are simplified for recreational pilots. The aircraft is powered by an in-house GT50 turboshaft engine designed exclusively for the HX50, optimizing efficiency and fuel consumption while boasting 400 horsepower. The Hill HX50 Helicopter is taking preorders and is expected to arrive in 2023.
