Jerry Seinfeld is parting ways with his Telluride ski house. The 26-acre Colorado compound features a 12,300-square-foot, Lipkin-Warner-designed main house. Evolving throughout the years. the dwelling is a sprawling collection of connected Western ranch structures and includes a vaulted Great Room with a stone fireplace and a wall of windows showcasing the Wilson Range. Its interior also includes 11 bedrooms, a yoga studio, and a wood-lined library, and comes completely furnished.
