Chef José Andrés will open the Nubeluz Cocktail Bar this weekend. Named for the Spanish word for “cloud” and “light,” The swanky lounge is located 500 feet up on the rooftop of the Ritz-Carlton New York, Nomad. Its interior exudes Golden Age glamor with rich velvet textures in deep jewel tones and gold accents. Guest will sip concoctions curated by cocktail innovator Miguel Lancha and nibble oysters, caviar, and other bar bites. Along with the glitzy dining room, patrons can also enjoy the fare from the two terraces while admiring the panoramic views of the city’s iconic skyline.
