Restaurateur James Bulmer pays homage to the Dark Knight with a new fine-dining experience. Rather than filling rooms full of movie memorabilia and dressing starring in capes and cowls, Park Row is transporting guests straight to Gotham City. The London establishment was created in partnership with DC and Warner Bros. and envisions Bruce Wayne’s hometown as a glamorous hot spot worthy of a billionaire vigilante. The venue welcomes diners with Pennyworth’s, an art deco bar inspired by loyal butler Alfred. From there, the Penguin’s Iceberg Lounge serves fresh fish from Gotham City Harbor, while Rogues Gallery is a tribute to Catwoman, and the Old Gotham City nods to Poison Ivy and Scarecrow. For a more private experience, the 20-seat Monarch Theatre delivers a 10-course tasting experience complemented by 360-degree projection-mapped walls.
