For the ten people that snag the Fire tier, you’ll be treated to ownership-like benefits and a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Japan. As for the restaurant, the two-story venue designed by AvroKO will serve fare from chef Shotaro “Sho” Kamio, including modern farmhouse cooking using ancient techniques, fresh seafood, and sushi.
