After nearly 30 years, Tom Cruise is parting ways with his Colorado estate. The Hollywood icon bought the property in 1994 and custom-built the 10,000 square foot main house at the base of a mountain. Tucked in a grove of aspen trees at the end of a mile-long driveway, the bleached cedar and native stone exterior houses four bedrooms, beamed ceilings, and timber-clad walls, while an additional three bedrooms are located in a guest lodge. For buyers who also like to perform their own stunts, the ranch also includes a dirt-bike and snowmobile track, sports court, and helipad, along with a network of hiking and snowshoeing trails.
