UNI VILLAS

Named after the Finnish word for “dream,” the Uni Villas introduces a modular hospitality concept for aspiring entrepreneurs. The sustainable pilot project features three modules located on a lakeshore at Finland’s Kytäjä Golf. The U-shaped blocks are clad in cross-laminated timber with a dark exterior that blends into the forested backdrop. The interiors include a large suite wrapped in rich wood tones and flanked by two light and serene studio units. Minimal in design, all three offerings provide the natural textures of wool and wood to complement the organic surroundings. Ideal for micro-resorts, each unit is prefabricated off-site, transported on the back of a standard truck, and delivered with ready-made furniture and keyless check-in systems. The villas are built to rest on a compact foundation that’s designed to limit environmental impact, even in the most remote areas.
