Every July 1st is Bobby Bonilla Day. That’s when the former New York Met receives a deferred payment of about $1.2 million until the year 2036. And since it gets brought up in the press each year, the Mets are embracing the milestone by partnering with Bonilla to rent out his Citi Field suite via Airbnb. Guests will enjoy a day and night game from the suite, with unlimited ballpark hotdogs and drinks. They’ll also get access to the Mets gym facility and throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the team’s July 28th game. Booking opens up on July 8th.
